This rare wing chair with characteristic biomorphic frame is a rare version of the MS-4 chair from danish duo Madsen & Schubell. was designed and produced in 1948 by Danish duo Arnold Madsen & Henry Schubell. Madsen & Schubell started their partnership in 1945 to produce the iconic Clam Chair. In the following years they produced several other important striking lounge chairs with flowing curves. 

This version of the MS-4 features a curved, sweeping wing back with sculptural, stained beech arms. The chair has been reupholstered in premium Australian sheepskin.
